Travel

Where is the festival located?

Hospitality On The Beach takes place in Tisno, Croatia a coastal town on the Adriatic sea. The Garden is a gorgeous self-contained festival site a few minute's walk from the lovely fishing town of Tisno, which has all the restaurants, bars, shops and beached you could wish to enjoy on holiday!

What is the best route to get to Hospitality on the Beach?

Tisno is accessible via several airports, meaning more frequent and affordable journey options from whatever your destination!

Zadar is the nearest airport (45 mins), followed by Split (90 mins) and Zagreb (4 hours). These journey times are for the highway route and will take a little longer by bus / coach.

We recommend leaving 2hrs for split and 1.5hrs for Zadar transfers.

We will be running official transfers from Split and Zadar, these will be released in 2023

Alternatively, you can arrange your own travel via local taxis or bus services. We recommend booking this in advance for ease.

Where can I find out transfer times?

A full list of transfer times will be available to book in 2024.

Do you have to stay the full week?

Once you have purchased your festival ticket, the rest of your holiday is in your hands! You are welcome to join us for as long or as short as you like.

I need to leave on Saturday or Sunday but I see that I cannot book transfers over the weekend with you, how can I get back to the airport?

You will need to make your own arrangements to get home if you need to leave over the weekend.

The Garden Resort work with a number of local companies. Look out for the yellow window stickers, these are official partners and have agreed the set pricing below across the event.

Can I explore Croatia myself before or after the festival?

Absolutely! We strongly recommend going out and exploring the country either before or after the festival.

Tickets

When will tickets be sent out?

Electronic tickets will be sent out one week before the opening date of the festival.

Can I buy tickets if I am local?

Yes! Local tickets will be available to purchase in 2024.

What is the maximum number of tickets i can buy?

You can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets per booking.

What is your advice on ticket scammers?

Given the surge in ticket sales across the industry in the past month, unfortunately this has also led to a surge in ticket scams.

The safest way to avoid these scams is by always purchasing your packages directly from the Hospitality on the Beach website. We do not sell any of our packages through any third party agents.

Please note that we have a new ticketing system which protects your ticket funds against insolvency.

Please note that we only send out e tickets 1-2 weeks before the event. If you see or receive an e-ticket in advance of this period, it will be a fake. If you have any questions regarding the legitimacy of a ticket, please email us on info@hospitalityonthebeach.com

What access do I have with my ticket?

With a Festival Ticket customers have access to the main festival site (The Garden Resort).

Campsite accommodation tickets (Camping, Boutique Camping, Mobile Home, Hostel) get you access to the campsite and the campsite facilities, Customers must also have a festival ticket to access the campsite areas.

To get on a Boat Party you must have a festival ticket and the boat party ticket of your choice. *

After Parties are sold separately – you do not need a festival wristband to access the parties.

*You will also need an ID – this must be in your name – as you will likely be handing your passport into your accommodation, we advise you bring a photocopy with you.
